Power Up	The natural ability to rise your energy level with concentration. -Replenishes 10% of used Ki, and adds 1% to every other stat only if they are lower than 100%. (Cannot be used again if Ki is 100%).	1	-	-	-	Starting move.

Telepathy	Telepathy is the transfer of information on thoughts or feelings between individuals by means other than the "five classic senses". Characters who know each other and the ability may communicate with each other (open roleplay) regardless of their locations. May be used as an rp ability, or to tell an ally where you are currently fighting, so that he/she can jump in!	-	-	-	1000	Ki Control
Ki Sensing	The ability to sense one's energy signature without a scouter. Once acquired, the user can detect hiding opponents instantly, or learn someone's exact location to either attack/help in battle.	-	-	-	1200	Ki Control
Ki Suppression	The ability to hide your Ki signature, and thus avoid detection when escaping an enemy who has a scouter/knows Ki sensing.	1	-	-	1500	Ki Sensing

Limit Breaker	You power up dangerously long and your body becomes filled with raw energy; 20% to every stat and 1 more action every turn, lasts for 5 turns. After the effect ends, all stats reset and are lowered by -10%. Can be used only once per battle.	2	-	-	1000	Power Up
Afterimage	The user moves faster than an eye can see, leaving behind a distractive image. You can use this only in your defensive phase. 50% SPD and forces the user to auto-dodge in their defensive phase. Also gives the user 1 more action in the next phase. Telekinesis	The ability to move objects with the mind. Can be used to hurl away a weaker opponent once in a battle, cannot be blocked or dodged. The target will thus skip the offensive. Mystic Flasher	A huge burst of golden energy that is released after turning around one time. Hits two opponents if used against a team.	1	260%	30%	2100	Masenko Taught by Nail
Death Beam	Sharp, fast, and deadly beam fired from the finger. Used for finishing, as it is piercing. If you manage to deal any damage to the opponent using this technique, it is an instant kill.	1	180%	25%	2500	Finger Beam Ki Beam Advanced Ki Manipulation Taught by Frieza.
Full Power Death Beam	A stronger variation of the Death Beam. If you manage to deal any damage to the opponent using this technique, it is an instant kill.	1	225%	40%	3200	Death Beam Taught by King Cold.
Special Beam Cannon	A very strong attack consisting of two beams, with the other coiled around the other. They are fired together as an almost unstopable attack. Hell Flash	Powerful yellow energy beams shot from built-in hand cannons. Androids only!	2	250%	-	-	Built-In Cannons (sold on Earth).

Bakuhatsuha	The user creates a huge shockwave that raises the surrounding area, by raising only two fingers. Cannot be blocked and will damage every single enemy on the battlefield. Power Ball	A technique used to create an artificial moon. Unlocks the Oozaru transformation for all saiyans on the battlefield, even if there's no full moon (must still have tail).	1	-	30%	1000	Power Blast. Taught by Bardock.
Kaioken	A power up technique invented by King Kai. Can be used up to x3 Kaioken by default, but can be upgraded up to x20 with trainings, 1000 words per level.	1	10% to all stats except Vit when maintained. Kienzan	A sharp disc made of energy, it is able to cut through most materials. If you manage to deal any damage to the opponent using this technique, it is an instant kill.	2	275%	30%	2500	Advanced Ki Manipulation

Planet Burst	An imposing ball of Ki about the size of a death ball. Used like the death ball.	3	350%	55%	5500	Advanced Ki Manipulation

Acid Stream	Acid streams from the saibaman's open head, melting everything in it's path. Can't be blocked. If hits, Vit of the opponent is reduced by -5% per turn.	1	Always deals 1,500 damage.	-	-	Saibamen only.
Mystic Attack	Nameks can extend their arms and legs for long distances and use this ability to throw punches and kicks from a long distance. You must roll a 3 sided dice after using this technique, if the dice returns 3 you are successful and the attack hits.	1	150% STR.	-	-	Nameks only.
Tail Swipe	Changelings can extend their tails for long distances and use this ability to throw powerful attacks suddenly. You must roll a 3 sided dice after using this technique, if the dice returns 3 you are successful and the attack hits.	1	150% STR.	-	-	Changelings only.
Self-Destruction	The user explodes theirself using all their Ki, basically a kamikaze attack. Cannot be dodged unless you know Bukujutsu/Hikou.	2	Same as your current PL.	Kills the user.	-	Everyone can do this.
